Configuring the primary LDAP directory

You can configure the primary LDAP directory through the SirsiDynix e-Library Admin. This is the main LDAP directory that e-Library will search first each time a patron attempts to log in with a username and password that is not stored directly in SirsiDynix Symphony.

To configure the primary LDAP directory

Log in to the Admin console.

From the pulldown list, select the Environment level at which to apply the changes.

Select LDAP Configuration.

Complete the field, as necessary. (For details, see Fields: LDAP Configuration)

Select Save to save your changes.
