Changing the settings for the Holds list

The Holds list in My Account displays all the items that the user has requested and that are on hold.

You can change the following information for the list:

•

Displaying the user’s position in the hold queue

•

Allowing the user to edit their pickup location

•

Displaying the delivery method

•

Allowing the user to activate or suspend items on hold

•

Displaying the hold expiration date for all items

To change the settings for the Holds list

If necessary, you can change the environment at which you want to make changes by selecting the appropriate level from the Environment drop-down list.

Select the My Account link.

Complete the fields, as necessary.

The variables that control the Holds list are Use Hold Queue Position, Use Edit Hold, Use Mail Service, Use Suspend Hold, and Use Hold Expiration Date.

Choose Save to save all your changes.
