Configuring the keep all option
You can have the system display a Keep All on this Page button on every page of the hit list. This button allows users to automatically select all visible results and to add them to the user’s Kept list.
The Kept list is a handy way for users to put all interesting or useful results for the search into one list.
This button makes it easier for users to select multiple results.
To configure the keep all option
| 1 | Log in and go to the Admin console. |
| 2 | If necessary, you can change the environment at which you want to make changes by selecting the appropriate level from the Environment drop-down list. |
| 3 | Select the Catalog Hit List link. |
| 4 | Complete the fields, as necessary. |
The variable that controls the keep all option is Keep All Config.
