Customizing the display of item information
The Admin console allows you to choose what types of additional information display for each item on the hit list results page.
You can choose settings for each of the following:

Displaying “Copies on order” for applicable items |
|
•
|
Displaying just the call number or including the analytics for each item |
|
•
|
Displaying how many copies are available and where they are |
|
•
|
Displaying an item type icon |
|
•
|
Displaying the estimated wait time for unavailable items |
|
•
|
Displaying a Hold button next to each item |
Each of these settings is independent of the others, so you can include none, some, or all of the additional item information.
To customize the display of item information

Log in and go to the Admin console. |

If necessary, you can change the environment at which you want to make changes by selecting the appropriate level from the Environment drop-down list. |

Select the Catalog Hit List link. |
|

|
Complete the fields, as necessary. |
The variables that control the display of additional information are Display on Order Config, Display Class Only Config or Display Full Call Config, Copy Summary Config, Display Item Type Icon, Hold Icon Hitlist Config, and Hide Estimated Wait Config.
